Reflections on Addressing Educational Gaps with Growth Link NGO

Speaking to my fellow high school members at Growth Link NGO about educational disparities exacerbated by COVID-19 was both rewarding and thought-provoking. Sharing our perspectives as students, I found it uplifting to see my peers so engaged and ready to discuss real solutions. Their insightful responses and shared experiences deepened our collective understanding of how the pandemic affected education at a personal level.

The lively exchange of ideas underscored our potential as young people to contribute to positive change. I left the session feeling even more motivated and grateful to be part of this passionate community, all eager to address these pressing issues together.

Additionally, I’m pleased that the funds we raised were used to provide basic necessities to young elementary students in the Manila, Philippines area, supporting their needs in a meaningful way.
